About

A delivery team, on purpose

Headquartered in Orlando, with our engineering team in Dhaka. We build AI systems for companies across the US, the UK, Europe and Australia, and we are deliberately structured around delivery rather than around sales.

Why this exists

Enough AI projects have now failed in public that most operations leaders have become reasonably sceptical, and they are right to be. The pattern is consistent: a convincing demo, a pilot that works on curated examples, and a rollout that quietly stalls when it meets real content, real permissions and real edge cases. Almost none of those failures are model failures. They are engineering and content failures, and they are avoidable by people who have hit them before.

01We build systems, not demonstrations
02We measure quality rather than asserting it
03We say no to work we do not think will succeed
04We hand over completely, including the parts that make us replaceable
05We would rather be specific and wrong than vague and unfalsifiable
How we are set up

The structure, stated plainly

01

Orlando in front, Dhaka building

Our headquarters is in Orlando, Florida, and our offshore development center is in Dhaka, where the engineering happens. We state that openly rather than obscuring it, because you would work it out on the first call anyway and it is a strength rather than something to manage. Overlap hours are agreed at the start of an engagement rather than assumed.

02

Delivery first, by design

We are structured around engineers rather than around account managers. That is a deliberate trade: it means the person you talk to is usually the person who will build the thing, and it means we grow through referral and partnership rather than through outbound volume. It is also why the partner program exists.

03

Small, senior, and honest about capacity

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. If we are full we will tell you rather than sign you and staff it thinly, which is the failure mode that turns a good agency into a bad one.

04

No entity claims we cannot back

We are early. When there is a registered entity with a number we can print, this page will say so. Until then it will not, because a company that overstates its paperwork will overstate its results.
